Giftcard receiver

It is easy to redeem the gift card. Click the Redeem your gift card link at the top of the page and follow the instructions. Once you have chosen your gift product we will send it to you within 10 days.
Outdated gift cards cannot be redeemed.
The product range of Perfect Finnish gift cards changes continuously according to the season. That's why we recommend you to choose your gift conveniently on our website. If it is not possible for some reason, you can contact our customer service at +358 (0)207 433 601.
Products are delivered via Posti Postipaketti or SmartPost shipping. If you choose an immaterial gift, you will receive a code by email to access your selected service as soon as you have redeemed your gift card.
You can see the gift card's validity period on the inside of the card, in the email or text message, or in the PDF attachment provided with the email.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money.
You can use your gift card only to redeem gifts in the category marked on your card. Our gift selection changes in tune with the season. If you cannot find a suitable gift now, you can wait and redeem your gift later. Just remember to redeem your gift before the gift card expires.
It is only possible to redeem products is the category specified in the gift card. The product range varies according to seasons and availability, so if you can’t find a suitable product right now, you can wait a while and redeem you gift card at a later date. Don’t forget to redeem your gift during the period of validity of the card, however.
If there is no fault in the product, you cannot exchange your gift. If you receive a defective product, we will naturally replace it free of charge. We do not exchange textiles of the wrong size. Check the size chart for each product before ordering. When you return a defective product, please mention to the Posti staff that it is a customer return 605202/PORIN to Innoflame Oy. Remember to ask for and keep the receipt. The return address is Innoflame Oy, Kirrintie 2, 28880 PORI.
There is a one year warranty on all products that start from the delivery.

Giftcard buyer

The buyer can choose the value of the gift card. Our gift cards come in a range of different values, which you can view on our selection page. Prices include delivery costs. Please note that for printed cards, an additional fee of €2.50 per card applies. Prices are excluding VAT.
Gift cards can be delivered by e-mail, as PDF files sent by e-mail, text messages, or printed cards that are sent by mail. Gift cards delivered by e-mail or text message are sent directly to the recipients. PDF gift cards can be delivered either as a single attachment or as separate attachments to the email address of the person who placed the order. Printed gift cards are sent to the postal address of the person who placed the order. Please note that the additional price of printed cards is 2.50€/card.
We use the Paytrail payment service. You can use domestic online banking and credit cards to pay. Companies can also order gift cards by invoice. If you would like more information about gift card invoicing, please contact our sales team at +358 207 433 601.

Yes. Depending on the delivery method of the gift card, you can select, for example, the greeting text, logo, and picture included in the gift card. It is also possible to customize the gift selection both in terms of price and products to meet your wishes. Yes. When ordering the gift card you can add a personal greeting and a picture, e.g. your company logo or a photo. This is included in the price of the gift card. I need a gift card quickly. How long does the delivery take? A gift card sent by e-mail will arrive almost immediately after the order. Printed cards will be delivered within two weeks, starting from the delivery of materials.
If you wish, we can customize a gift selection for your company according to your wishes, and gift card recipients can choose the gift of their choice from the customized selection. Customization of the selection is possible when you order a minimum of 200 gift cards. Gift cards delivered by e-mail arrive almost immediately after the order is placed. Printed cards are delivered within about two weeks after we receive the material.
You can give a tax-free gift or gifts worth a maximum of 100 euros (including VAT) per person during the calendar year. Gift cards are tax-free for the recipient if they allow choosing a gift from a specific, limited selection. You can therefore safely give a Perfect Finnish gift card to your personnel as a Christmas gift, for example. The range of gifts varies in all categories according to the season. New products are added to replace sold out items, and so the selection is always up-to-date.
Gift cards purchased from the Perfect Finnish web shop are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The validity of a customized gift card can vary from the default validity. The period of validity of the gift card is always on the card.
